This Service Agreement is made on August 27, 2026 by and between Jordan Radford, doing business as RadXPlatforms ("Provider"), and the Client identified below ("Client").

1. Services

Provider will provide the following to Client: Custom website design, Google Business Profile management, local SEO, and related growth services.

2. Fee & Billing

Client agrees to pay Provider a monthly fee for the selected plan, billed monthly via the payment method on file. No setup fee. This is a month-to-month agreement; Client may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, all services stop immediately. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Provider does not guarantee any specific results, rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Services are provided on a best-efforts basis.

4. Authorization

Client authorizes Provider to manage their web presence and Google Business Profile for the duration of this Agreement.

5. Acknowledgment

By signing below, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this Agreement.

3. Acknowledgments
